BUSINESS PLAN AND REAL ESTATE STRATEGY
Complex Projects was retained by Providence Health Care to work on the new St. Paul’s Hospital Redevelopment Project. The current St. Paul’s Hospital is in urgent need of replacement and Providence needed a Business Plan to secure project funding from the Provincial government. Reporting to the Chief Project Officer and involving a diverse Core Team of Project Directors and a Project Oversight Committee, Monica produced a Business Plan for the project including consideration of the sale of the existing St. Paul’s site in downtown Vancouver and advised on Providence’s Real Estate Strategy for the disposition of the Burrard Street Site
