City of New Westminster Fire and Rescue Services 2023 – 2026 Strategic Plan
Complex Projects was retained by the City of New Westminter Fire and Rescue Services to produce their inaugural Strategic Plan. Working with the Fire Chief and a team of senior management and department leads, Monica Morgan facilitated an in person workshop and gained an understanding of some of their organizational issues and legislative change requirements. This assignment was done over the summer during the hottest summer on record while department personnel were called away to address the West Kelowna Fire.
