Complex Projects was retained by Fraser Health to write a series of project business plans for the priority investments at Surrey Memorial Hospital. Working with a diverse team of project subject matter experts, business plans were completed for new Operating Rooms, a new MRI Department and new Interventional Platform for Interventional Cardiology and Interventional Radiology Programs.
