Office Tower Concept Plan and Business Case

Yellow Quill intend to undertake development of a ten storey office tower and apply for urban reserve status for the land to attract First Nations tenants and corporate tenants interested in partnering with First Nations in Saskatchewan. Working with the MHPM Saskatoon office, Monica lead development of a Concept Plan for a proposed office tower on a piece of vacant land owned by the Yellow Quill in downtown Saskatoon.
