Edmonds Campus Consolidation Feasibility Study

MHPM was retained by BC Hydro’s Properties Department to examine the feasibility of consolidating BC Hydro employees from various leased locations to the Podium C building on the Edmonds Campus in Burnaby, BC. Monica researched and wrote the feasibility study, documenting the location of existing employees, examining the current use of the Podium C building, the associated costs of re-purposing the building and the potential savings from currently leased properties.
