Abbotsford Long Term Care Capital Project Business Case

Fraser Health has several Long Term Care Facilities located within the Fraser Health region and requires business plans to be submitted to the Ministry of Health to secure capital funding.

The scope of work includes developing and writing the LTC Business Plan Template and the Delta LTC business plan. The business planning scope will include but not limited to: information gathering and review, weekly conference calls (as required), prepare a work plan and identify responsibilities, track progress of work and identify any issues in advance, prepare project status updates, quality control, oversee the editing and revision process and provide information for briefing notes.
