Office Space Consolidation Program

Working with the four Lower Mainland Health Organizations, Monica provided program and project management consulting services for a Core Team of healthcare directors in Phase I of the consolidation of support service office projects across the Lower Mainland. The Office Space Consolidation program of projects includes consolidation of over twenty non-clinical services as part of the Lower Mainland Consolidation Project.
