Office Improvements and Trading Floor Business Case

MHPM was retained by Powerex Corporation (a subsidiary of BC Hydro) to develop a business case examining options for office improvements at their corporate head office and energy trading floor in downtown Vancouver. Monica led production of the Business Case, which was a key deliverable of this assignment and required for Executive and Board approval of the project to proceed. MHPM is currently providing Project Management services on the Office Improvement Project including state-of- the-art energy trading floor.
