Real Estate Strategic Plan

Working with executives of the four Lower Mainland Health Organizations, Monica provided facilitation, strategic advisory and project management consulting services in the development of a twelve year Real Estate Strategic Plan to guide Real Estate and facility decision making over the Lower Mainland region. The owned and lease portfolio is approximately 20 million sq ft with a value in excess of $3 Billion.
