Canada Education Park Business Case

The University of the Fraser Valley required a Business Case for the new Canada Education Park campus in Chilliwack, BC. Monica led this management consulting assignment included working with the Director, Campus Facilities and the Vice-President Finance to prepare the Business Case for the Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development to support the University’s formal request for capital funding and possible bridge financing for construction costs related to the new facility at the new CEP campus.  The project includes demolition of eleven derelict buildings and construction of a new building (including renovation of an existing building and construction of a new structure) and landscaping of boulevards.
