Thompson Rivers University (TRU) engaged Chernoff Thompson Architects (CTA) in partnership with Complex Projects Consulting Inc (Complex Projects), to undertake project planning and conceptual design work in order to produce a Business Case Report (BCR) for a new building for the School of Business and Economics (SoBE) to be located at a premiere site at the entrance to the TRU Main Campus in Kamloops, BC.
