New School Redevelopment Options Analysis

St. Francis of Assisi Elementary School (the School) is located at 870 Victoria Drive in Vancouver, BC. Constructed approximately70 years ago, the School has effectively reached the end of its useful life and requires upgrades, renewal or replacement. Over the past few years, the School community has been working with St. Francis of Assisi Parish (the Parish) to examine several renewal options. An Architect was engaged to develop a Master Plan, Feasibility Study and Architectural Drawings. A Business Case was developed including cost estimates. Due to a variety of factors, the School community does not have comfort in proceeding with the Project as it was previously designed due to several factors, including cost, complexity and changes to the area plan. The School community was looking to develop a new plan on how to proceed with renewal of the school and needs to re-define the Project within budget and scope parameters.

Complex Project was retained to provide project management/development advisory services on the project in collaboration with Core Project Management.
