New Surrey Hospital Concept Plan

Complex Projects worked with an internal team at Fraser Health Authority to develop the Concept Plan for the New Surrey Hospital to be located in Surrey, BC. Surrey’s population growth is among the highest in the country and Surrey is currently only served by one hospital built in 1950, Surrey Memorial. A new hospital is required in Surrey to serve the growing population needs and funding was announced in November 2019 ($1 Billion+).

The project was announced in September 2019 and is the largest public investment in a hospital in the Province’s history.
