Initial Concept-New Campus at Great Northern Way

Emily Carr University of Art + Design, recognized as one of the top twenty universities of art and design in the world, had a space crisis at their former location and retained external project management advisory services for development of a new campus in downtown Vancouver.  Working with the President and VP Finance, Monica produced the initial Concept Plan for the project for provincial government funding consideration which included Labour Market Analysis for new economy/high tech/innovation jobs.
